If you pop into the ARC at the moment we have a fantastic cookbook we are featuring, Brindisa: The True Food Of Spain. We currently have the recipe card out for the Chickpea and Chorizo Stew (that we have been thoroughly testing at home) and we have put together all the ingredients so you can quickly pop in and have everything you need to make this delicious meal. Obviously as BinTwo wasn’t going to stay out of it we also have a couple of wines we really think pair well (yes, we have also thoroughly been testing these at home to).
